Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with our couture
services. Your engagement with Miss Sohee Ltd. implies your acceptance of these terms. If you have any
questions or require further clarification, please feel free to discuss them during your consultation.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Miss Sohee Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with its
principal place at 329 Latimer Road, London, for couture services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms
and Conditions in their entirety.
Orders and Payments
1. Order Confirmation
o The initiation of a couture order begins with an in-depth consultation where design ideas,
fabric choices, and measurements are discussed and agreed upon. Following the
consultation, a detailed quotation specifying the agreed designs, materials, and costs will
be provided to the client.
o A non-refundable deposit, as specified in the quotation, is required to secure the order and
initiate the design process. Please note that once work on your order has commenced you
can no longer withdraw your order, and therefore you will be liable for payment of the
order. All sales are final and non-cancellable.
2. Deposit and Payment Schedule
o A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total price is required to secure the order and
initiate the design process.
o A non-refundable deposit, as specified in the quotation, is required to secure the order and
initiate the design process. Please note that once work on your order has commenced you
can no longer withdraw your order, and therefore you will be liable for payment of the
order. All sales are final and non-cancellable.
3. Taxes and Duties
o Should any duties, taxes, or import fees become payable, the client shall bear these costs at
their own expense.
4. Non-Payment Consequences
o Miss Sohee Ltd. reserves the right to retain the garment if the final balance remains unpaid
and pursue legal remedies as necessary.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
o No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the design process has commenced or
materials have been procured.
Consultations and Fittings
1. Scheduled Appointments
Clients are required to attend all scheduled appointments in London. Changes to
appointments must be communicated at least five (5) business days in advance.
o Missed or late-canceled appointments may incur additional fees.
2. Travel for Fittings
o If mutually agreed upon, a team from Miss Sohee may travel to a location specified by the
client for fittings. Additional costs, including but not limited to business-class travel for
journeys in excess of 4 hours, 5-star accommodation, and related expenses for the Designer
and her team, will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Clients are responsible for
reimbursing these costs within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice.
3. Extended Travel
o Charges may apply for extended travel exceeding three (3) business days or involving significant distance.
Customization and Alterations
1. Custom Design Guarantee
o Couture garments are meticulously crafted to the client’s individual measurements and style
preferences as discussed and agreed upon during consultations. Miss Sohee guarantees the
quality of workmanship and offers minor alterations free of charge within 1 year of
receiving the finished garment. Subsequent alterations due to changes in body
measurements or style preferences may incur additional charges.
o Minor alterations requested within 30 days of receiving the finished garment are
complimentary.
o Alterations due to changes in measurements or style preferences after this period will incur
additional charges, which must be paid in full before further work is undertaken.
2. No Liability for Measurement Changes
o Miss Sohee Ltd. is not responsible for discrepancies arising from changes in the client’s
measurements after the initial consultation and fittings resulting from amongst other things
weight loss/gain.
Delivery and Risk
1. Shipping Responsibility
o Clients are responsible for arranging insured shipping through a courier of their choice.
Miss Sohee Ltd. bears no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay once the garment has
been handed over to the courier.
o Once the garment is picked up by the courier or the client’s designated agent, Miss Sohee
Ltd. is considered to have discharged all obligations, and delivery under English law is
deemed to have taken place. Miss Sohee Ltd. shall not be liable for any issues arising during
transport.
2. Collection of Garments
o Finished garments must be collected within 14 days of notification of completion. Storage
fees may apply for delays in collection.
Delivery and Risk

Miss Sohee Ltd. bears no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay once the garment has
been handed over to the courier.
o Once the garment is picked up by the courier or the client’s designated agent, Miss Sohee
Ltd. is considered to have discharged all obligations, and delivery under English law is
deemed to have taken place. Miss Sohee Ltd. shall not be liable for any issues arising during
transport.
Additional Provisions (Incorporated from Reference)
1. Design Changes
o Any changes to the agreed design after the initial consultation must be requested in writing
and may incur additional charges. These changes may also affect the timeline for
completion.
2. Approval of Final Garment
o Upon completion, the client will have the opportunity to inspect the garment. Any concerns
must be raised immediately.
3. Timeframe for Completion
o Timelines for completion will be provided during the consultation and are subject to the
timely availability of materials and adherence to payment schedules. Miss Sohee Ltd. is not
liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control and it is expressly noted that
time is not of the essence for any orders.
4. Deposit Forfeiture
o If a client fails to proceed with their order or misses critical deadlines for fittings, material
selection, or payments, the deposit will be forfeited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in
connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
