o All client details, including measurements and design preferences, are securely stored and

used exclusively for fulfilling the couture order. Employees of Miss Sohee Ltd. are bound

by confidentiality agreements.

2. Data Retention

o Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the

order or comply with legal obligations and data retention requirements.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Designs

o Designs, sketches, patterns, and any creative work developed by the Designer remain the

intellectual property of Miss Sohee Ltd.

2. Restrictions on Use

o Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for any

purpose, including commercial use, without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in

connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English

courts.
